The Kurukshetra Yudh, the great war which happened and is described in Mahabharata; you must have heard about it. You also must have read\/heard about Lord Sri Krishna and about his role in the war.

The tremendous war happened, numerous deaths took place and for those who remained, were left wounded physically and mentally. Among the many people who survived the war, I personally want to share you this blog about Krishna. You must have read\/heard about Krishna\u2019s early life and his work. A single arrow lead Krishna to his death. He fought that tremendous war, survived many things, yet a single arrow is all it took for Krishna to leave his body. What is the story behind that? What actually happened? Was his death already decided? Could he avoid his death if he wanted to? HOW DID KRISHNA DIE?<\/strong>

Sadhguru<\/strong>: Krishna went back to Dwaraka along with his Yadavas \u2013 Satyaki, Uddhava, and Kritavarma. They built their empire in a big way. When the war was over, after Gandhari burned Durdasa, thinking it is Yudhishthira, and she was going to leave the palace, she told Krishna, \u201cYou are the real culprit in this whole situation. You could have brought peace anytime. You could have played down the enmity that was there between the cousins. Instead, you took the side of the Pandavas and ensured that all my sons are dead today. May your Yadavas have a similar end. May they fight among themselves and their clan extinguish. And may you, who is known and worshipped as a god, die like any common human being. May you not have a glorious death like my sons who died in the battlefield. You must die like a common human being. And the Yadavas shall kill each other like you made the Kurus do.\u201d

Krishna smiled and said, \u201cMother, what you are saying is anyway written, because who else can kill the Yadavas unless they kill each other? Yadavas cannot be killed by anyone else but each other, so let it be so. And how I exit this world does not matter for me, as I anyway know how to exit. Do not worry about my destiny. Focus on yours.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t
